Made In Germany from GSW does unfortunately not make our products indistructable. We have to cope with limited life time of mechanics and electrical too. So to keep our machinery and the complete production lines up at their daily high performance, they need preventive maintenance!
This does not always mean a new Straightener, Coil Reel, Shear or Servo Roll Feed has to be purchased: A good repair or general overhaul of individual machinery components, Feeding Lines or Coil Processing Lines can be the right alternative - especially if done by GSW itself.
The Sheet metal fans offer complete service and make sure that strong machinery continuous to do perform strongly. This includes mechnical overhaul of presses just as much as new electrical controls. We upgrade to newest EU-safety regulations and we mount and integrate current peripheral guarding technology.
Upon customer request, GSW will offer coil processing equipment made of new-used mixtures or comprise complete lines out of preowned machinery.
